All Howard Reliance® TWINPC Models

 

ISSUE:

Renaissance Learning's Accelerated Reader, Accelerated Grammar & Spelling, and Accelerated Math do not respond properly when both TwinPC users attempt to log on to these programs at the same time.

 

UNITS AFFECTED:

All Model Twin PC Systems

 

SYMPTOMS:

After starting Renaissance Learning's Accelerated Reader, Accelerated Grammar & Spelling, or Accelerated Math on one station, the same program will not start or does not respond properly on the second station.
