ALL PURCHASE ORDERS ISSUED BY PURCHASING ENTITIES MUST INCLUDE WSCA
CONTRACT NUMBER B 27165 AND LOUISIANA STATE CONTRACT NUMBER 404524.
SOFTWARE PURCHASES ARE LIMITED TO SOFTWARE PRE-LOADED ON THE
EQUIPMENT TO BE PURCHASED AND IS ALLOWED ONLY AT THE TIME OF THE
PURCHASE OF THE HARDWARE AND MUST BE COMPLIANT WITH LOUISIANA
REVISED STATUTES 39:199D AND LAC TITLE 34, CHAPTER 55, SECTION 5505.
INDIVIDUAL LINE ITEMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $25,000. TOTAL RELEASE/
PURCHASE ODER AMOUNT SHALL NOT EXCEED $500,000. PROCUREMENTS SHALL
NOT BE ARTIFICIALLY DIVIDED TO CIRCUMVENT THE $500,000 THRESHOLD.

Welcome to the Howard Brand Name Contract Site for the State of Louisiana
Please follow the instructions below for configuring and quoting a system. Once
an electronic quote has been obtained, please forward your quote to the facility purchasing
office to complete the purchase order process.
From the Howard WSCA website you will be able to choose product
categories using the navigation links at the top of the page.
Once you have chosen a product category you will be shown a selection
page where you can compare products, view more details, or add to cart.
Howard Branded Systems will have an additional option available to
custom configure allowing you to choose from available processor speeds,
operating systems, and network connections. Clicking "Customize it!" from
the selection or details page will take you to this step.
You may now finalize your system configuration by choosing from the
various options in the drop down boxes.
Once you have made your choices you may add the item to your shopping cart by
clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
At this point you may continue shopping for more products by clicking on "Continue Shopping",
or you may save an electronic quote by clicking on "Save Quote".
After clicking "Save Quote" returning customers will be asked for their email
address and password to log in, if you are a new customer please click the "New
Customers Click Here to Continue" link.
You will now be asked to verify or fill out information for the quote. Once you have filled out
the required information click the "Save Quote" button. Your electronic quote has now been saved.
Electronic quotes are valid for 30 days; you may view or print your quote at any time by
entering your email address and password into the "My Account" log in. Once you are logged
in click on the "Quote History" link and choose the quote you want to view.
