Our Professional Services teams offer on-site installations, integration, and training, as well as ongoing maintenance and repair once the kiosk is deployed in the field. Installation

Howard will be there to help you get your kiosks set up and operational. We handle logistics, timing, site survey and prep, as well as installation services. In addition to on-site installation and integration, our team of experts offers training, maintenance, and repair services once the kiosk is deployed. This helps to extend the life of your equipment and reduces the number of service requests.

Prior to the scheduled installation, Howard technicians visit each location to determine the readiness of the site. While on location, the technicians complete a report that details site readiness, noting potential issues, if any, along with recommendations for quick resolution.

Onsite Services

Howard onsite services depend on the type of warranty you chose when your order was placed. Your kiosk can include an onsite tech service agreement, which means if a part needs to be replaced on your kiosk, a field technician will be deployed with a replacement part to your kiosk site.
Remote Monitoring

Howard offers kiosk software that allows remote monitoring and management, with real-time alerts on system connectivity, individual component performance, and other operational matters that require attention, such as paper jams, low printer paper levels, and full bill acceptors. Repairs and system updates can also be made remotely.
