The operator follows along in real-time in the cloud-based application. They can make informed decisions about things like when to send in backup - and GPS location coordinates indicate where they should send it. The operator has the possibility to send a notification to the wearer. The wearer then knows someone has their back, so they can concentrate on the incident rather than on communication with headquarters.
